Holiday villas and apartments can not be occupied with more people than indicated.

The standard equipment of a rental accommodation includes:

Inside: refrigerator, wahsing machine, hob and oven or independent electric grill, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, iron and ironing board.

Outside: Garden or terrace furniture.

Included:

- Change of bed linen, towels and dishcloths once a week. (for rentals of min. 2 weeks).

- Gas Fee.

- Cleaning on arrival and departure. Except in the villas where an extra fee is indicated in the villas' description.

Extras:

- 10% iva (vat).

- Energy Fee.

- For long term rentals during winter, the cost of water, gas and electricity will be charged according to the amount used during the stay.

Optional Services (to pay at arrival):

- Extra bed linen and towels 10€ + vat per person.

- Extra cleaning. On request.

Arrival and departure day: Saturday.

Check-in from 17:00h. / Check-out before 10:00h.

A deposit is required with credit card.

During the low season arrival and departure can be daily. On request.

We can't confirm reservations online with entry on Sunday or on Bank Holiday. For confirm these reservations, you have to call the office first.
