Third floor apartment with PRIVATE GARDEN located in one of the best areas of the city of Denia, in a residential area beachfront. The apartment is distributed, kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, one toilette, large living room, two terrace ( one of them cristal covered) and large private garden of 100 square meters to enjoy all year round overlooking the beach. It is a very quiet, beautiful community garden with a wonderful communal pool with direct access to the beach and covered garage exit.

The property is located a few steps from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and children playground (Brisas Comercial area) as well as being connected to the city center by public transport (Bus stop in front of the residential area). Located at 3.5 km from the village, a few meters from the sandy beach, where you can enjoy water sports as it is one of the favorite beaches for sea lovers and sport. It is also found in a very quite and familiar residence. The ideal holiday site !!! An opportunity that can not miss.

Important Information

As a rule, with the exception of the high season, you can arrive and depart on any day of the week. The check-in time is from 16.00 hrs and the check-out time is before 09.30 hrs in the morning. The facilities and equipment of the accommodations are for the maximum number of persons indicated. It is not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more than the maximum number of persons indicated.

Explanation for mandatory and optional extras:

  • All additional extras are mentioned on the reservation form.
  • If applicable, heating and air-conditioning costs are automatically calculated and displayed on the booking form.
  • Bringing a pet is only allowed with the explicit permission of the landlord. A surcharge will be charged per pet.
