Being surrounded by sea and mountains, in its surroundings you can enjoy various leisure and adventure activities; we have a wide range of water activities offered by local companies; the area is also internationally known for its competitive and family cycle tourism; finally, you can enjoy some dreamlike hiking routes through its natural areas or vineyards and many more unique experiences that the area offers.
As a company and real estate rental professionals, we have been at your disposal since our creation in 1981 to offer you the best holiday service. We belong to a number of associations recognised worldwide in the real estate sector, such as the European Confederation of Real Estate Professionals (CEPI), or the European Holiday Home Association, which demonstrate our degree of involvement in the sector. Likewise, due to our constant involvement and concern for the real estate sector, we have been part of the foundation of associations such as AEA (Asociación Empresarial de Viviendas de la provincia de Alicante), since 1987, and CEDMA (Cercle Empresarial de la Marina Alta) since 2009, being Mariano Espinosa Pérez co-founder of both institutions.
